In December 2017 – WISE signed a Cooperation Agreement with The World University Service of Canada, referred to as WUSC.
The two sides work closely together to identify the need for support in terms of skills and expertise, thereby developing a plan to receive experts from Canada in many fields such as Marketing and Communications, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, etc. in order to implement capacity building activities, start-up mentoring effectively for the network of female founders that WISE supports.
Founded in the 1920s and now WUSC is running programs in 13 countries, this is Canada’s leading NGO working towards the goal of building a fair and sustainable world. WUSC works closely with an extensive network of educational institutions (College, University), corporations, businesses, civil society organizations and experts in many fields to provide opportunities to train, develop and empower millions of women and adolescents in need around the world.
